Topped with Vegan Chipotle Mayo, Fiery Salsa Roja & Pickled Red Onions. Firstly, it was massive and really filling! The Coriander Rice is delicious and the Tempeh worked really well in the Burrito. It all just tasted so fresh, was perfectly wrapped and I was really impressed! Can't wait for another one already! ”
